Who processes refunds

Paid Gasps are sold through our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for your order. Refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used. Free Gasps cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Before your Gasp is sent

Changed your mind? If you haven't sent your paid Gasp to anyone yet, you can cancel it within 14 days of the purchase and get a full refund. No questions asked.

After your Gasp is sent

Once a Gasp has been sent, the service has been provided. If it didn't work because of a fault on our side, for example the link didn't open or the video was never created, we will refund you in full or fix it, as you prefer.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] with the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or the email address you used at checkout. We answer within two business days. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days; your bank may take a few more days to show them.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations, or any other consumer law that applies to you.
