Questions
Do they need an app?
No. They open a link in their phone's browser, with nothing to install and no sign-up.
What if they don't want to be filmed?
Before anything starts they choose: record their reaction, or just watch. Even after recording they see it first and decide whether to send it, keep it, or delete it.
Who sees the video?
Only the person who sent the surprise, unless they chose to share it with family and friends. Posting on social media needs a separate approval.
How much does it cost?
Your first surprise is free. Paid surprises are coming soon.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you haven't sent your paid surprise yet, you can cancel within 14 days and get all your money back. And if a fault on our side stopped it from working, we'll refund you or fix it, as you prefer.
Does it work in English?
Yes. For each surprise you choose whether they read Hebrew or English.
Can I send it to family abroad?
Yes. Send the link on WhatsApp anywhere in the world, and you can set it to open only from a certain time.
